VAN DUSEN, Guy - At his home on Sunday, October 21, 2012. William Guy Van Dusen of Woodstock in his 66th year. Beloved partner of Norma Campbell. Dear father of Corrina Van Dusen (Joe Markle) of London, Jason Van Dusen (Barb) of London, Tara Lang of Port Elgin and step father to Kenny Book (Jackie) of Woodstock, Chris Book (Jennifer) of Ayr and David Book (Claire) of Burlington. He will always be remembered by his former spouses Cindy DaPonte and Darlene Book, his many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Loved brother of Kelly, Tim, Joan, Judy and Karen and will be missed by his cat named "Dog". Guy was known as the man to go to for your car repair. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and was Past Governor of the Lodge. Guy also enjoyed his time playing baseball with the "Whaler's" in the Old Timer's Baseball League and attempted to play golf with anyone, anywhere, anytime. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family for a time of visitation at the BROCK and VISSER FUNERAL HOME, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539- 0004 on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 from 7-9 and on Thursday from 10 - 11:00 a.m. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor David Snihur officiating. Cremation to follow. If desired, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society - Woodstock Branch would be appreciated.
