MILLAR, Margaret Irene - Peacefully, at Mississauga Trillium Health Centre on Tuesday November 6, 2012. Margaret Millar, in her 95th year. Born in West Zorra Township, daughter of the late Joseph and Hannah Clifford. Predeceased by her husband Thomas (1990) and her son Gerald (1998). Margaret was a lady of quiet grace and generosity who will be remembered with love and gratitude by her children Joyce, Michael (Linda), James, Marion (Bob) and her daughter-in-law Wendy. She was the loving grandmother of Geoffrey (Kaitlyn), Lauren (Jay), Jared, and Kristen (Jesse). She is also survived by her sister, Florence. Margaret was predeceased by her sisters Helen, Marie and Anna and her brothers Jack and Fred. Special thanks to Dr. Spring, Dr. Hung, Dr. Kingston, and Anne Hoefel, Nurse Clinician Palliative Care for the exceptional care, compassion and comfort that they provided for both Margaret and the family. The family would also like to express their gratitude to Margaret's nurses on the palliative ward, to Father Checko, and to Rev. Elaine MacInnis for their sincere kindness and concern. In keeping with Margaret's wishes, there will be no visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 96 Huron St., Stratford, Ontario on Saturday November 10th at 11 a.m. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery, Woodstock. As expressions of sympathy, donations in Margaret's memory can be made to the Palliative Care Unit of Mississauga Trillium (cheques payable to The Healing Cycle Foundation) or the Daily Mass on Vision TV through the W.
