McDOUGALL, Charles Douglas (Doug) - Of Ingersoll was promoted to Glory on November 7, 2012 with his loving family at his side at Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll. In his 79th year, Doug was the beloved husband of Marjorie McDougall, loving father of Kathy Warden (Lee), Linda Gould (late Charlie), Kim Wilson (Ken), Chuck McDougall (Joany), cherished grandfather of the late Christopher, Renee, Aaron, Jennifer, Joshua, Denise, Jessica, Sarah, Ashleigh, C.J. and Allison, dearest brother of Jean Harrison (late Ray) and the late Lois Peterson (late Jim), great grandfather of Karson, Aden, Jesse and Ethan. Also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Doug was a long-time member of the Ingersoll Golf and Country Club, Loblaws Family Forerunners, the Salvation Army Ingersoll and Simcoe Corps, Hi-Way Pentecostal Church and volunteered with the VMS Breakfast Club. Family and friends will greatly miss Doug's wit and sense of humour but can take solace in knowing that he has been welcomed into his reward by his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 15 at Hi-Way Pentecostal Church, Ingersoll. Visitation from 11am to 1 pm. Funeral Service at 1 pm. Donations in lieu of flowers to Hi-Way Pentecosta l Church, Teen Challenge London or the charity of your choice (cheques accepted) will be gratefully acknowleged by the family and can be arranged through McBEATH-DYNES FUNERAL HOME 425-1600.
