MESSENGER, Chris (Pook) - After a long courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 in his 64th year. Dear father of Susan Van Zeggelaar (Harry), Jason, Eric. Cherished grandpa of Amanda, Jack, Ashley and Justin. Dear brother of Glenn and Steve. Friends will be received at the McBEATH-DYNES FUNERAL HOME 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll Saturday 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held from the funeral home on Sunday, December 30, 2012 at 1pm. Interment later in Ingersoll Rural Cemetery. Donations in Chris's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society (cheques accepted) would be appreciated. Online condolences may be sent at www.gffh.ca In honor of Chris please wear a Detroit Red Wings Jersey.
