MISENER, Dorothy - Passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, April, 30, 2013 surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Harry Misener (2009). Dorothy is lovingly remembered by her children Kim (John) Holmes, Corrie (Chris) Way, Doctor Kelly Misener, Carol (Norm) Cave and Cindy (Jeff) Perrodou. She was a very special grandmother to Rob and Carla Smith, Steve and Tara Smith, Karri Way and Doctor Linsay and Doctor Grant Radermacher, Adam and Jesse Cave and Cody and Casey Perrodou. Jackson and Jayden Smith will also miss their "GG". Dorothy will be remembered by her many nieces and nephews, her step sibling and all her friends. Dorothy will be missed by her devoted staff at First Choice Haircutters in Woodstock and Brantford. She was predeceased by her parents Marion (Charles) Sevier and Albert Leishman, as well as her sisters Kathy Boruta and Marilyn Lake, her brother Bill Leishman and her niece Paula Lake. Dorothy was born in Brantford and she was a successful First Choice Haircutters Franchisee for over 25 years. She loved to laugh, participate in family sing along's, work in her gardens and spend time with her family. She will be sadly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her family is comforted in knowing she is in God's loving hands. We would like to thank Rachel Parasiuk for all her loving care of our mother. Friends will be received at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Thursday (today) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, May 3rd, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Juravinski Cancer Centre, Hamilton or the Stedman Community Hospice would be appreciated. www.dennistoll.ca.
