DOAN, Catherine Ellen - At Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital, with her family at her side, on Monday, July 15, 2013, Catherine Doan of RR#1 Norwich in her 64th year. Loving wife to Donald. Cherished mother of Lisa Buckrell and husband Geoff of RR#1 Burgessville, Sarah Faulds and husband Jamie of RR#7 Aylmer, John and wife Krista of RR#1 Norwich, Clair and wife Kathryn of RR#1 Norwich, Fraser and wife Alisha of RR#1 Norwich. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Jared, Alison, and Taylor Buckrell, Jack and Avery Faulds, Emily, Lyndsey, and Ryan Doan, Carmyn and Sophia Doan, Brynn Doan. Sister of Janet Le Mesurier and husband Steve of Toronto, Bill Simmons and wife Cindy of Petrolia. Survived by several nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, and brothers-in-law. Predeceased by parents George and Doris Simmons. Catherine's passion was for her family, her family farm, Newark United Church, and the Norwich Community. Friends will be received at the family's home at 285231 Pleasant Valley Rd., Norwich on Wednesday 1 - 4 and 6 - 9 p.m. Funeral service to celebrate Catherine's life will be held at Norwich Community Centre on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Norwich Cemetery.
