STEWART, Norman Edward - Passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home Woodstock, on Saturday, September 14, 2013 in his 85th year. Norman was the beloved husband of the late Eva (Kemshead Tuffnail) Stewart (1996). Loving step-father to John Tuffnail (Barb), and Linda Reeder (Don) all of Woodstock. Cherished grandfather to Laura Sherman, Jennifer Reeder (David Dickson), and Craig Reeder (Mouyleng Ly), great - grandfather to Mikaela Sherman and Mya Sherman. He was predeceased by grandson Michael Tuffnail (1990), a brother and 5 sisters. Norman served with the R.C.R. during the Korean War and a longtime member of the O.C.N.V.A. "Navy Club", Woodstock and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #55, Woodstock. Friends may call on the family at the BROCK AND VISSER FUNERAL HOME, 845 Devonshire Ave., 519-539-0004 on Tuesday September 17, 2013 from 7-9pm, where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 11am with Rev. Don Moore officiating. Interment at North Embro Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer Society, Heart and Stroke of Ontario or the Canadian Diabetes Assoc. would be appreciated.
