CHOJNACKI, Katharina - Passed away peacefully at Sakura House on Friday, September 27th, 2013, with loving family by her side. Katharina was the beloved wife of Bruno for over 61 years. Loving mother to Matthew Brietenstein (Janice), Linda Clark (Bob), and Donna Chojnacki. Cherished grandmother to Jason Brietenstein (Monica), Tanya Westerik (Shawn), Chelsea Clark, and Tessah Clark, and great-grandmother to Matthew, Jackson, Carter, Bronwyn and Brennen. Katharina will also be missed by her sister Mary Zmuda. She was predeceased by her sister Margaret Brandies, brothers-in-law Tony Brandies and John Zmuda. Katharina will be remembered for her kind and generous spirit, her love for baking and her love for flowers, especially poppies. Friends may call on the family at the BROCK AND VISSER FUNERAL HOME, 824 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539- 0004, on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where a private family service will be held on Thursday.
