KENNEDY, David Arnold - After a valiant struggle, Arnold Kennedy of Oakville lost his fight to cancer. Then there are some of us who would just as soon follow the example of one of Napoleon Bonaparte's generals who sent this message: "We have met the enemy, and they are ours." Arnold is survived by his wife, Barbara (Wharram), brother, Douglas and Ruth of St. Catharines and sister, Arlene of Hamilton, as well as many nieces and nephews that adored him. All friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Life at Burlington Art Centre, 1333 Lakeshore Road, Burlington, L7S-1A9, on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 between 2 and 5 p.m. At Arnold's request, no flowers please
