DAVIDSON-BROUSE, Sue - passed away peacefully at Sakura House in her 65th year. Sue was the soul mate and beloved partner of Mike Brouse, loving mother of Adam and his partner Hilary, and Jess and his partner Erin, all of Toronto. She was the dear daughter of Betty and the late father Arnold 'Dick' (1974) Davidson of Tilbury. Sue is also survived by her brother Al Davidson and his wife Aggie of Collingwood, nephew Zachary, his wife Christa and grand niece Harlowe, and niece Quinn and her husband Rob of Toronto. She was loved by the Brouse family and enjoyed the many times they vacationed together beside the Ottawa River. Sue spent the early years of her nursing career in Toronto where she met Mike. In 1985 they moved to Woodstock where they both became members of the Woodstock General Hospital staff. Sue had a passionate love for her family, her friends, her community and her country. A celebration of Sue’s life will be held at the BROCK AND VISSER FUNERAL HOME, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519.539.0004 on Sunday, November 3rd. Visitation with the family will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and the Life Celebration service will begin at 1:00 p.m. Friends will be invited to share stories of times spent with Sue. Following the service, friends are welcome to join the family for a lunch reception at the Quality Inn from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a memorial donation or expression may consider the Translational Research for Ovarian Cancer at London Regional Cancer Clinic, the Wellspring London Cancer Support Group or to Sakura House.
