BICKELL, Velma - Peacefully at Caressant Care on Thursday, November 21, 2013, Velma May Bickell of Woodstock in her 87th year. Daughter of the late Howard and May Bickell (nee Reason). Dear sister of Don (Marg) Bickell of Port Franks and Marion (Ron) Church of St. Williams. Remembered by her sister-in-law Rita Bickell of Chippewa. Also lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother Bill (1999) and sister Helen (2004). Friends will be received at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington Street North, Woodstock on Sunday, November 24, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm with the funeral service in the chapel at 3:00 pm with Rev. Maya Landell officiating. Interment in the Presbyterian Cemetery at a later date. If desired, memorial donations to the Woodstock Hospital Foundation would be appreciated and may be arranged through Smith-LeRoy Funeral Home, 519-537-3611.
