COAD, Stephen Ray - I have fought the good fight. I have completed the race. I have kept the faith . (2nd Timothy 4. 7) - It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden and unexpected death of Stephen Ray Coad of London, husband and best friend of Rev. Wendy Noble, father to Paul (Shannon), Kevin and Erin, best buddy to Maddie the faithful Westie. Steve has "fought the good fight and completed the race". As a sports fan, newspaper reporter and editor and dedicated runner Steve has arrived at the finish line in good grace. Steve will be missed by his brothers Richard (Jane) and David (Pat) brother in law Kevin (Cathy) and his nieces and nephews Brice, Grant (Caroline), Sheila (Gord), Jessica, Christopher and Brenden as well as many uncles, aunts, cousins co-workers and friends. Friends may visit at the McFARLANE & ROBERTS FUNERAL HOME , 2240 Wharncliffe Rd., S., Lambeth 519-652-2020 on Friday, December 6, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The celebration of Stephen's life will be held at St. Andrews - Westminster United Church at Glanworth on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at 1:00 pm. Reverend Matthew Penny officiating. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations made to either the St. Andrews - Westminster United Church or Littlewood United Church Pastoral Charges or the United Church of Canada Mission and Services Fund.
