Swance, Doris Mildred (née Pick) (Died)

SWANCE, Doris Mildred (nee Pick) - Peacefully on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll, in her 92nd year, with her loving family by her side. Doris is now reunited with her beloved husband Floyd. She will be dearly missed by her children; Ann (Evan) Wilson, Roger (Catherine) Swance, Keith Swance and Evan (Wanda) Swance. Loving grandmother to Sean (Shari) Wilson, Laura (Steve) Helsby, Paula (Sean) Hall, Craig Wilson, Amy (Ryan) Simper, Marcy (Ryan) Satnik, Chad (Vanessa) Swance, Jessica Swance and Leighanne Swance. Dearly loved by eleven great grandchildren. Dear sister of Nora Hanson, Edith Clarke, Alan Pick, and sister-in-law of Dorothy Hay. Special nieces Ellen, Suzanne and Joan. She will also be missed by relatives and friends, but never forgotten. Doris was a lifelong member of the Trinity United Church (Ingersoll), and the Zenda and Salford U.C.W.'s. Formerly active in the "Breakfast for Kids" program in Ingersoll. Thanks to Dr. Marc Pariser and nursing staff at Alexandra Hospital. Friends will be received for visitation at the McBEATH-DYNES FUNERAL HOME 246 Thames St. S. Ingersoll on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 with Funeral Service on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 1 pm.
