PHELPS, Chuck - After an epic battle with cancer he passed away surrounded by his family at VON Sakura House on Wednesday July 9, 2014. Charles "Chuck" Harry James Phelps in his 49th year. Cherished father of Spencer and Madison (with their mother, Kate). Dear son of Dorothy and the late Douglas Phelps. Dear brother of Margaret Phelps and Elizabeth (Ron) Schueler. Loving partner of Deb Bedard and survived by several aunts, uncles, extended family and countless friends. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the BROCK AND VISSER FUNERAL HOME , 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Monday, July 14, 2014 from 6-9 pm and on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 from 6-9 pm. A funeral service to honour Chuck's life will be held at the Church of the Epiphany, 560 Dundas St., Woodstock on Wednesday at 11:00 am with Rev. Dr. Stephen Hendry officiating.
