COAD, Ruth Elizabeth "Betty" - Peacefully on Sunday, March 15, 2015, Betty Coad (née Lefler) born on July 17, 1917 in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late John B. Coad (1983). Dear mother of Beverley Birch and her husband Robert of Woodstock. Loved grandmother of Mary Campbell and her husband Mike, Beth Dickert and her husband Matt all of Woodstock. Dear great-grandmother to Braxton, Clair, Savannah and Isla. Sister of Jim Lefler and his wife Pat, Bob Lefler and his wife Louise and their families. Predeceased by her parents Lorne and Ruth Lefler (née Canfield), her son Robert Coad (1969) and a sister and brother-in-law Mary and Ray Coad. Friends will be received at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME , 69 Wellington Street North, Woodstock on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 from 2 - 3 pm for a visitation. A complete funeral service will follow in the chapel at 3 pm with Rev. Dr. Stephen Hendry officiating. A private interment in the spring will take place at The Anglican Cemetery, Woodstock.
