RAMSAY, Dr. Thomas Osborne (Ossie) - Passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Monday, April 27, 2015 at University Hospital London, ON in his 92nd year. Cherished husband of the late Irene (Edmiston) 2012; predeceased by his son John Guy (2014); Loving father of daughters Tricia (Jim) Wilkins, and Veronica (Paul Harrison) Robertson; father-in-law to Wendy of Milton; Proud "Papa" to Kristen (Chris) Carne, Brad Wilkins, Nicki (Greg) Dickson, Cameron Ramsay, Jennifer (Matt) Hunter and Quinn Robertson. "Papa Ossie" will be sadly missed by his great-grandchildren Brady and Everett Carne, Brayden Hunter and Henry Dickson. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced later in The Woodstock Sentinel Review. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Woodstock Hospital Foundation.
