BENTUM, Janet H. - "Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!" (Phil. 4:4) On January 7, 2016 the Lord called home into eternal glory our beloved wife, mother, oma, sister, friend and teacher, Janet Bentum (née Klingenberg). Janet will be dearly missed by her loving husband of 38 years, Jake; her six loving children and their families, Mark (Jillian), James (Catherine), Raymond (Alicia), Ben (Charlene), Jonathan, and Jeffrey (Kelsey); her 11 grandchildren, Alex, Lauren, Kyle, Leah, Jacob, Madeline, Emily, Joseph, Elliot, Jackson and Joshua; her brothers Gerrit (Joanne), John (Linda), Rick (Bonnie), Ken (Colleen); her sister Chris (Pete); her mother-in-law, Hennie Bentum; and many other family and friends. Predeceased by her parents Jim and Anne Klingenberg as well as her nephew Michael Voskamp and her father-in-law Abel Bentum. Visitation is scheduled for Monday, January 11, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 at Maranatha Christian Reformed Church, 735 Frontenac Cres, Woodstock. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at 10:30 at Maranatha Christian Reformed Church, 735 Frontenac Cres, Woodstock. Interment Hillview Cemetery.
