FAULKNER, Jim - Lifelong resident of Woodstock, James "Jim" William Faulkner passed away at Parkwood Institute - Veterans Care Unit, London on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 in his 100th year. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen Faulkner (nee Stone) (September 4, 2005). Dear father of Sharon Mark (Frazer) of Woodstock, Bill Faulkner (Debbie) of Edmonton and Brian Faulkner (Gail) of Edmonton. Grandfather of Mariko (Nathan), Joshua (Vicky), Adam and Shannon. He will be sadly missed by his brother Ernie Faulkner of Toronto. Lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Jim is predeceased by his parents William and Margaret Faulkner (nee Parker) and his brothers Tom and Bob. Friends will be received at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington Street North, Woodstock on Sunday, January 17, 2016 from 2-4 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 1 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Stephen Hendry officiating. A reception will immediately follow in the reception room. Spring interment will take place in the Anglican Cemetery, Woodstock.
