PALMER, Joan L. - Passed away peacefully, at Sakura House in Woodstock, on Sunday January 24th, 2016 in her 68th year. Dear mother of Elizabeth Amelia Chambers, Andrew Jarret Chambers, Jeremy Gordon Paul Chambers (Rona) and their father Gerald Chambers. Cherished grandmother of Brandon Nathaniel Chambers, Miranda Elizabeth Louise Farr, Tomlyn Chambers and Michael Jeremy Chambers. Loved daughter of Eileen Palmer and the late Jack, and sister of Harley Graydon Palmer. Friends and relatives will be received at the BROCK AND VISSER FUNERAL HOME, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock 519-539-0004, on Friday January 29th, 2016 from 6-9pm. The funeral service to honour Joan's life will be held Saturday January 30th, 2016, at 2:00 pm at Church of the Epiphany, 560 Dundas Street, Woodstock. If desired memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Lung Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home.
