McCURDY, Evelyn "Ruth" (nee Williacy) - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of family at People Care Nursing Home, Tavistock on Monday February 8th, 2016 in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Harley McCurdy (2012). Loving mother of Lynda (Peter) Martin and mother-in-law of Jim (Cathy) Gillies. Cherished grandmother of Lorissa (Derek), Stuart (Sarah), Dan (Tammy) and great-grandmother of Jared, Mark, Melissa, Ella and Gavin. Dear sister of Betty Williacy, Ted Williacy, and sister-in-law of June McCurdy, Edna Williacy, Sandy (Rita) McCurdy and Allen McCurdy. Predeceased by her daughter Mary-Lou Gillies and her siblings Vi Guy-Ferneyhough, Marg Hart, Francis Williacy, Cliff Williacy, Fred Williacy, Jack Williacy, Bill Williacy and Douglas Williacy.
