CARSON, Christopher Robert Wayne - Master Corporal Christopher Robert Wayne Carson, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 in Greenwood, Nova Scotia at the age of 44. Loving son of Judy Mitchell (Carson) of Woodstock and Wayne and Jane Carson of London. Husband of Tara Carson of Greenwood, Nova Scotia. Beloved father of Savannah Mutch-Carson of Tillsonburg, Haven, Dakota and Breanna Carson of Greenwood, Nova Scotia. Sadly missed by his step siblings Andrew and Amanda Dean of Peterborough, Kate and Chris Black of London and Meaghan and Ryan Major also of London. He will be sadly missed by his grandmother Patricia Mitchell. Fondly remembered by his uncle Dan Mitchell (Judy) of Peterborough and his aunt Sharon Graham (Glen) of Woodstock. Chris leaves behind many cousins and friends. Predeceased by his brother Gregory Carson (1992), grandparents Robert Mitchell, Charles E. Carson and G. Doreen Carson (nee Pike). Friends will be received at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME , 69 Wellington Street North, Woodstock on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 from 6-8 pm. A masonic service will be held on Tuesday at 5:30 pm under the auspices of Mercer Wilson Lodge # 678. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 2 pm at Maranatha Christian Reformed Church, 735 Frontenac Crescent, Woodstock, ON. A private family interment will follow.
