BAILAK, Georg "George" - At Guelph General Hospital on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at the age of 91. Loving husband of the late Tatiana "Tina" Bailak (nee Jahodsky). Beloved father of Alla Bailak of Toronto and George Bailak (Dr. Shira Thomas) of Guelph. Special grandfather to Rachel, Danna and Leah. Survived by his sister-in-law, Martha of Toronto and her children, George, Maria and Robert. Friends will be received at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME , 69 Wellington Street North, Woodstock on Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 9:30- 10:15 am. Funeral service will follow in the chapel at 10:30am. Cremation to follow. No flowers please. If desired, memorial donations to the Parkinson Society of Canada would be appreciated.
