OSBORNE, Allan Hugh - (owner of Fireplace Specialties, Shady Ridge Stock Farms and developer of Hearth Stone Ridge Estates) peacefully at his home, surrounded by family on Thursday, October 20th, 2016 in his 68th year. Son of Dr. William Osborne of Kingston and the late Donna (nee Cook) Osborne. Loving father of Sam (Darcy) Osborne of Consecon, Matt (Heidi) Osborne of Calgary, Ben (Theresa) Osborne of Plainfield and Megan (Hans) Luu of Calgary. Proud grandfather of Madison, Parker, Hannah, Emily, Jake, Reese, Adelaide and Oliver. Allan is survived by his brothers, John (Judy) Osborne of Kingston, and Donald (Dianne) Osborne of Napanee. He is also remembered by his friend and the mother of his children, Kate Firstbrook and by cousins, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the STEELE FUNERAL HOME, Moira Street Chapel, 30 Moira Street West, Belleville (toll free 1-877-256-3688) on Thursday and Friday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. The Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, October 29th, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Private inurnment of cremated remains will take place at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens, Kingston and at Hillview Cemetery, Woodstock.
