LAMB, Patricia - Surrounded by the love of her family, Patricia Joanne Lamb (nee Fleming) of Woodstock, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Woodstock Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 57. Beloved wife of Jeff Lamb. Loving mother and stepmother of Jason Muirhead and Krista Muirhead-Rowe (Dale) all of Woodstock, Adam Lamb (Amber) and Brooke Lamb all of Sarnia. Proud grandmother of Logan Leger-Rowe, Brayden Rowe, Gage Rowe and Westyn Lamb. Sister of Simone Craib (Harold), Christine Reczuch and Yvonne Miles (Garold). Daughter-in-law of Evelyn Lamb and the late Fred Lamb. Patricia was loved by her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Norma (nee Bender) Fleming. The family will receive friends at the SMITH-LEROY FUNERAL HOME 69 Wellington St. N., Woodstock on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, 11 am in the chapel with Rev.
