SAUNDERS, Gerald - Passed away suddenly at the Norfolk General Hospital on Sunday December 25, 2016 in his 63rd year. Beloved spouse of Jeanette Baer. Cherished son of Mary Saunders and the late Alfred Saunders (1999). Loving father of Penney (Mark), Shawn, Jeanine, Vasco (Cheraine), Michael, Tiffany, and Nikki. Cherished papa of Kiana (Matt), Riley and Logan, Noah, Isaiah, and Isabelle. Gerald is survived by brothers and sisters, James (Pam), Nancy (Robert), Janet Saunders, Gordon and sister-in-law and good friend Joanne Clarke. Predeceased by his brother Leslie Saunders. He leaves behind aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and their families. Close friends and relatives are invited to join the family at BROCK AND VISSER FUNERAL HOME , 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004), on Friday December 30, 2016 from 3 pm to 5 pm and from 7 pm to 9 pm. The service will be held in the chapel on Saturday December 31st 2016 at 11 am with Reverend Sarah Grady officiating.
