COOK, Joanne (née De Haan) - Passed away with her family by her side at VON Sakura House on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at the age of 62. Dear daughter of Arie De Haan and daughter-in-law of Alice Cook of Innerkip. Beloved wife of Ken Cook of Innerkip. Loving mother of William Cook of Woodstock, Jason Cook (Emily) of Markham and Jeremy Cook (LeFuong) of Guelph. Grandmother of Evan, Lee, Zachary, Victoria, Aiden, Alexandra & Kenny. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Willem De Haan (Elsie) of Middleberg, South Africa, Gerald De Haan (Joyce) of St. Catharines, Albert De Haan of Salford, Jim De Haan (Jane) of Norwich, Freida Dekker (Dick) of Salford, Marcia Van Drunen (Mark) of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Donna De Haan of Ingersoll, Barbara Jancsar (Mark) of Woodstock, Linda Takacs (Ron) of Princeton and Bruce Cook (Deb) of Innerkip. Predeceased by her mother Jean De Haan (née Vanderkooi) (November 30, 2016) and her brother Harry De Haan (2004). The family will receive friends at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME 69 Wellington St. N., Woodstock on Friday, December 23, 2016 from 2 - 4 & 6 - 8 p.m. A complete funeral service will take place on Saturday, December 24, 2016, 11 a.m. at Innerkip Presbyterian Church.
