WESTRA, Eelkje "Elsie" - Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital on Monday, February 13th, 2017 in her 82nd year. Loving wife to Walter Kirk. Dear sister to Rika Himmelman. Predeceased by both her parents, Kornelius and Antje Westra, her three brothers David, Hank, and John Westra, and her two sisters, Jenny Pletch and Dorothy Bone. Elsie will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. If desired, memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated and can be arranged through the BROCK AND VISSER FUNERAL HOME , 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004).
