MORGAN, Fred - At Sakura House, on Saturday, August 26, 2017, John "Fred"erick Morgan of Ingersoll, originally from Kincardine, passed away. Fred was in his 77th year. He's the beloved husband of Gail, father of Connie (Jim), Rob (Tina), Grandpa to Matthew, Jonathan (Hannah-Mae) and Dustin, Great-Grandpa to Iyla-Mae. He will be missed by his sisters Betty-Jeanne (Ron) Catto, Linda (Don) Merritt, sisters-in-law Ruth Anne Robinson, Rosemary Douglas (Charlie), many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. The family knows that Fred will be especially missed by his long-time fishing buddy, Dave. He was predeceased by his father, Albert Franklin Morgan, mother, Hannah Elizabeth (Bessie) Wright Morgan, brothers Bill and Tom. A Legion service will be held on Wednesday, August 30 at the Beachville Legion at 6:30 p.m. followed by time to share with the family. Interment will be at Kincardine Cemetery on Saturday, September 2 at 11:00 am., followed by a reception at Kincardine Legion. Fred requested that memorial donations be made to Sakura House (Woodstock), the Beachville Legion or a charity of your choice. Donations can be made through McBEATH-DYNES FUNERAL HOME 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll (519-425-1600). The family wishes to thank the St. Elizabeth staff for their months of care and the staff at Sakura House for caring for all of us during Fred's last couple of weeks.
