NEIL, Elsie Susannah - Passed away peacefully with her loving husband by her side at Sakura House, Woodstock on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of William Clare Neil for over 66 years. Dear mother of Don Neil and his wife Joanne, Pat Webb and her husband Terry and the late Doug Neil (2006) and his late wife Nancy (2013). Loved grandmother to Jaret, Devon, Ryan, Paul, Jaime, Sean, Amy, Tim and great-grandmother of thirteen. Dear sister of Margery Baxter. Predeceased by her infant brother Norman, sister Nina Walpole and by her brother Bill Tattersall. There will be no service but family and friends are invited to join the family at the BROCK AND VISSER FUNERAL HOME , 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 2:30 - 5:30 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
