MACPHERSON, Reverend Glen “Mac” E. - Passed away on Sunday October 22, 2017, Reverend Glen Edgar Macpherson of Woodstock in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of 38 years to Joyce (nee Wigginton) Macpherson. Loving father of Nancy (Chris) Hutcheson, Jennifer (Wayne Zettel) Macpherson, Peter (Tracy) Hutcheson, Kathy (Pete) Roden, Ian (Nancy) Macpherson, and Janet (Trevor) Sooklol. Cherished grandpa of Armando, Yolanda, Rachel, Sam, Emily, Tia, Mac, Ashley (Steve), Jeff (Jae), Tasha, Carter, Dylan, Joshua (Carlynn), Kaitlin and Madeleine. Proud great grandpa of 11 +. He will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. Predeceased by his first wife Mary (nee Morrison) Macpherson, his daughter Lorna Hutcheson, sisters Doris and Elva. Glen was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and faithfully served his Lord with the United Church of Canada. His charges included Woodstock, Ripley, Beachville, Comber, Shawinigan QC, Bainsville, Leamington, Camlachie and Macklin SK. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at BROCK AND VISSER FUNERAL HOME , 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004), on Thursday October 26th, 2017 from 2 to 4 pm and from 6 to 8 pm. The funeral service will be held at Dundas St. United Church, 285 Dundas St, Woodstock, on Friday October 27th, 2017 at 11:00 am with Reverend Bonnie Pilkey officiating.
