LINDLAU, Josef "Joe" - Peacefully at Woodingford Lodge, Woodstock on Monday October 23, 2017 in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Monika M. (nee Katz) Lindlau for over 37 years. Dear father of Heinz (Val) Lindlau, Joey (Linda) Lindlau, Kathy Mueller, Tony (Kerriann) Lindlau and Karl (Courtney) Lindlau. Cherished grandfather of several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear brother to Helmut (Carol) Lindlau and Karola Rduch. Predeceased by his parents Heinrich and Katarina Lindlau and his infant son John. Joe was an accomplished musician. He loved playing the accordion anywhere he was asked and enjoyed entertaining at the Concordia Club in Kitchener where he was a member for many years. Friends are invited to join the family at the BROCK AND VISSER FUNERAL HOME , 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Friday October 27, 2017 from 7-9 pm , where the memorial service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 2:00 pm. Cremation has taken place. Interment later in the Hillview Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to Sakura House or The Wellington Animal Hospital Rescue Fund would be appreciated.
