WAKEFIELD, Patricia Jean - Passed away at the Woodstock Hospital on Friday, November 17, 2017 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of Earl Herman Wakefield. Dear mother of Barbara (Robert) Reid and Donald (Donna) Wakefield. Loving grandmother of Heather, Jay, Liz, Brett (Brittany) and Chelsea. Dear sister of Anne (Stuart) Lloyd. Friends are welcome to join the family at the BROCK AND VISSER FUNERAL HOME , 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 from 3 - 5pm, where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 11:00 am. Interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, London. If desired, memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Alzheimer Society Oxford would be appreciated.
