DEW, Marjorie A. - Passed way at the Woodstock Private Hospital on Wednesday February 14, 2018 in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late C. Wesley “Wes” Dew (1988). Dear mother of Charles (Marcia) Dew and Lesley Dew (Evan Kitchen). Loved grandmother of Michelle Dew (Adam Hofmann), Phillip Kitchen (Hillary Heighton), great grandmother of Arielle Dew (Adam Reilly), Anne Dew, Isaiah Dew and great-great grandmother to Lexi, Blaise,Violet and survived by her nieces; Dr. Carol McBurney Stuart, Janice McBurney Solyom and Norma McBurney Robertson. Predeceased by her siblings; Alan B. (Margaret) McBurney (2007), Gordon McBurney (1929) and Eileen McBurney (1924). Marjorie was a long time active member of Oxford Centre United Church and Muir United Church, the UCW at Oxford Centre United and Muir United. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the BROCK AND VISSER FUNERAL HOME , 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, ON 519-539-0004 on Saturday February 17, 2018 from 2:30 - 3:30pm, where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 3:30 pm with Rev. Sarah Grady officiating. Interment later in the Oxford Centre Pioneer Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the Oxford Centre United Church would be appreciated.
