GREGORY, Patricia M. – Peacefully at her residence, on Monday, April 30, 2018. Patricia Mary “Pat” Gregory of Spruce Lodge Long Term Care, Stratford, was in her 89th year. Pat will be lovingly remembered by her many friends. Friends will be received at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington St. N., Woodstock, (519-537-3611), on Monday, May 7, 2018 after 12pm. The funeral service will take place in the chapel at 1pm. If desired, memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Society Research (Oxford County) would be appreciated.
