GOTTSTEIN, Irmgard (née Kalkstein) Passed away suddenly on October 16, 2018 just shy of age 84 while visiting her beloved sisters in Frankfurt, Germany. Predeceased by husband Otto, and mourned by her children and family - Andy (Laura, Rebecca, Michael) and Annette (Ajai Puri, Serena, Ariana). Born in East Prussia, Irmgard came to Canada with Otto in 1966 to fulfill a dream of farming. Moving from Woodstock to Ottawa, she will be remembered for her love of travelling, dancing, and playing canasta, in fact winning the last hand she played. Donations in memory of Irmgard can be made to Parkinson Canada or the Royal Ottawa Hospital.
