VIGAR, Joan Elizabeth - January 20, 2019 Age 81. Wife of the late Ralph Vigar (2009). Survived by sons Mike (Sandra) and Buddy Foster. Grandchildren Michael, Jamie, Christina (Dylan) Foster and Porsche and great-grandson DJ Mayhew. Brother Bud (Karen) Johnston of Port Elgin. Sister Karen Mitchell (Don Carter) of Woodstock. Sister-in-law Betty Lou Johnston of Nova Scotia. Predeceased by parents Cecil and May Johnston, brother Allan Johnston and sister Donelda Johnston. Cremation has taken place. Private interment will take place at Oxford Memorial Cemetery.
