Jean will be missed by several nieces and nephews and all who knew her.
She raised 6 children, milked cows, baked thousands of pies, and other delicious treats over the years. She was an avid knitter of afghans which she loved to give to family and friends. Mom was known to be a "feisty" lady - she always said exactly what was on her mind. Mom was an extremely hard worker her whole life and lived on the same farm in Crampton for 54 years. She loved going to church and seeing all her friends every Sunday. She also loved Fish & Chips.
Thank you to the staff at Oxford Manor, Ingersoll, and Sakura House for looking after Mom during her time there. It is a great comfort to know how well she was cared for. A private family gathering will be held at McBEATH AND DYNES FUNERAL HOME 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll. A Celebration of Life will be held later.
As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to Reynolds Creek United Church, Putnam or VON Sakura House are greatly appreciated.
Mom's famous last words that she would say every time you left her house:'DRIVE CAREFULLY"
