Nagtegaal, Susan Mae (née Blancher) (Died)

fter a lengthy, courageous battle with dementia, Susan of Ingersoll, at the age of 75, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2020. She was surrounded at home by her loving family. Beloved wife of Harry Nagtegaal and dearly loved mother of Tamara Newell (Adam), Tracy Mahoney (Leigh). Cherished Oma of Garrett, Connor, Cayla, Emma and Courtney. Loving sister of Lynda Romanick (late Peter). She will be sadly missed by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Susan was born in Ingersoll on March 22, 1945, daughter of the late Charles and Jean (née Whatley) Blancher. Susan worked as an X-Ray Technician for 40 years at the Woodstock Medical Building. Many special thanks to Dawn, Tasha and Mandy at Pharmasave, the women at the VON school (Fusion Centre), the PSW workers, Dr. Garrett Mosey and the members of the PCOT team who provided compassionate care for Susan until her passing. Family and friends will be received at the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home, 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll on Monday, December 21, 2020 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A private family service and interment will take place on Tuesday. Due to Provincial regulations, all visitation guests must register with the funeral home by calling 519-425-1600 between the hours of 9-5 or RSVP on Susan's webpage at www.mcbeathdynes.ca where condolences may also be posted. Please remain in your cars until your selected time and then proceed to the front door wearing a mask and observing social distancing.
