Hunsley, Joan Elaine (née Pryde) (Died)

Died at her home in London on Friday February 18, 2022, Joan (Pryde) Hunsley, in her 84th year. Devoted mother of John Hunsley (Catherine) of Cantley, QC, and Gerri Finch (Adam) of London, and mother-in-law of David Finch of Belmont. She was a very proud grandmother and great-grandmother who will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Matt Finch (Colin), Robert and Nicholas Hunsley (Marie), Thomas (Samantha), Brady, Jacob, and Holly Finch (Darren), as well as by her great-grandchildren Noah and Hazel Finch. Beloved sister of Bill Pryde (Glenda) of Ottawa and Linda Rockefeller of Vienna. Will be missed by many caring nieces, nephews, and Tillsonburg area friends. Predeceased by her cherished husband Darell Hunsley and her dear sisters Doreen Clark and Margaret Troyer. Joan was a proud member of the Fit Chicks and a long-time volunteer with organizations in both Mount Elgin and Tillsonburg, most recently with the Tillsonburg Salvation Army. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at the Delmer Cemetery in the spring.
