With sadness, but many great memories, the family of Ron announce his peaceful passing at Sakura House. Beloved husband and best friend of Linda for 50 years. Dearly loved dad to Chris (Felicia) and Cheryl (Mark). Cherished and adored grandpa of McKinley "The Girl". Survived by his sister Judy Ryan (Bud 2004) and brothers Doug, Jim (Judy), Dave (Linda), Paul, Jack (Marilyn) and their families. Predeceased by his parents Mark and Pauline. Ron was a quiet and hardworking, well respected man. He was a truck driver all his life and enjoyed long drives in the country. He loved relaxing on the couch, watching wrestling and his favourite truck shows and spending time with "The Girl". He will be missed by family, friends and the many neighbours whom he chatted with on the sidewalk. Cremation has taken place. There will be no funeral service but a private family gathering at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Glioblastoma Tumor Research, VON Sakura House, or Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll. Arrangements entrusted to McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home, 246 Thames Street South Ingersoll, Ontario (519-425-1600). Personal condolences may be posted at www.mcbeathdynes.ca. Loved, missed and will never be forgotten!
