Florabelle Huntley

April 9, 1936 - August 14, 2022

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Florabelle Huntley Beemer (nee Bartram) on Sunday, August 14 at Secord Trails in Ingersoll, in her 87th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband of 65 years, Ralph (2021). Dear Mother of Tom of Plattsville, Elizabeth (Bill) McKinnon of Springfield and Becky (Mark) Bates of Thamesford. Proud Grandmother of Brittany, Morgan, and Megan Bates. Florabelle was predeceased by her Parents Ted and Flora, her brothers Bill (1994), John (2022) and sister Betty Tschida (2004). Florabelle was a life-long resident of Ingersoll. Early in her working career, she worked on the computer systems for the Department of National Defence. She loved her family and she and Ralph enjoyed their Sunday drives as well as annual summer vacation road trips. Florabelle was involved in her girls' figure skating activities through the years and attended the sporting and school events of her grandchildren. All are welcome to join the family to celebrate Florabelle at a graveside service to be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 20 at the Ingersoll Rural Cemetery. Florabelle's family would like to thank the caring staff at Secord Trails for their kindness and compassion during Mom's time there. Donations in Florabelle's honour to the Alexandra Hospital Foundation or charity of one's choice, would be greatly appreciated by the family and can be made through the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home at 519-425-1600.
