Promoted to glory, a loving and generous husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on May 22, 2023, in Woodstock, Ontario. Born on October 9, 1938, in Albany, Georgia, USA, Warren was a faith-filled man who enjoyed a lifetime of hard work, devotion to his family, and service to his community. Warren was a true family man, with a heart large enough to encompass his extensive and close-knit family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Eleanor, with whom he shared many years of love, laughter and happiness. Their love created a wonderful family, including their children Darren (Angela), John, Georgia, Angela (Ray) Seamone, and Martin (Tanya). Warren's devotion to his family extended beyond his own children, as he was a proud and caring grandfather to his cherished grandchildren Rick (Robyn) Dubien, Amanda (Gareth Percy), Jared (Matt) Dalton, Lyndsey Bridgett, Paul Dalton, Andrew (Taylor) Seamone, Samuel (Christine) Dalton, Laura (Devin) Seamone, Holly Dalton, and Hannah Dalton. Additionally, Warren's love and generosity touched the lives of his many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews who miss him dearly. Warren was predeceased by his grandchildren Cornelius Dalton and Nathan Dalton. Warren's passing leaves behind a legacy of love, generosity and faith. Throughout his life, he touched and shaped the lives of so many, sharing his warmth, his laughter, and his deep-rooted belief in the importance of family and faith. The world has lost a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, but Heaven has gained an angel who, now, watches over us all. Friends and loved ones are invited to join the family Tuesday May 30, 2023, for the service at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, or the Salvation Army, and may be arranged through the funeral home. Expressions of love and sympathy may be placed and viewed online at www.brockandvisser.com.
