McKELLAR, Gordon Francis

Of London Ontario on July 21, 2023 passed away peacefully at Mount Hope-Marian Villa in his 87th year formally of Kintore.

Much loved Dad of Debra (Paul Masters), Rick, and Tracey (John Fitzmorris). Predeceased by his beloved wife of 58 years Patricia Ann (2015). Cherished Papa of his 3 granddaughters and their spouses Meghan (John McDonald), Jessica (Joe Douglas) and Shelby (Kyle Oxford) and 5 great-grandchildren Phoebe, Max, Axel, Bayne and Joyce.

Dearly loved brother of Doris Champion and Isobel McKellar. Predeceased by his parents Grant (1958) and Helen (2005) McKellar and his brother Ken (2021).

Dad's wishes which will be honoured were to be cremated with no visitation, funeral service or a celebration of life. Dad and Mom will be interred together at Kintore Presbyterian Cemetery surrounded by family at a later date.

Dad loved the outdoors and everything nature inspired. His hand-carved songbirds are treasured family keepsakes and a testament to the creative talent he possessed. Taking a cue from nature, each time we see Canada geese in flight across a clear blue sky it will be a gentle reminder of the freedom Dad has found now.
