Grills, Edward George (Died)

Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital on Monday, October 23, 2023 at the age of 70 years. Son of the late Floyd and Wilma Grills. Father to Karen Grewal (nee Grills) and Kevin Grills. Loving grandpa of Bailey Grewal, Jordan Grewal, Kysandra Grills and Brayden Grills. Ed is survived by his siblings; Harold (Barb) Grills, Fred (Linda) Grills, Vicki (Jim) English, Roma (Stewart) Simpson, Lyle (Wendy) Grills, Coni (Ron) Grills-Reid and the late Randy Grills and his surviving wife Kathy. He will be missed by all his nieces and nephews; Laurie, Lisa, Shannon, Angie, Avril, Jocelyn, Tina, Shaughn, Tim, Orman and Sheranda and all of their children. At Ed's request, cremation has taken place and a simple graveside service will be held at the Warkworth Cemetery on Friday, November 10, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. A reception will follow immediately in the St. Paul's United Church, Warkworth gathering hall. If desired, donations can be made in memory of Ed to the Woodstock Caressant Care Retirement Home - Activity Fund to help all of the residents by way of Coni Grills-Reid.
