- Full Text
Rosemary Laurel Wrigglesworth (nee Nancekivel) of Woodstock in her 76th year passed away suddenly on Saturday, November 18, 2023. Beloved wife of Donald P. Wrigglesworth, and Step-Mother to Sally Driedger (George) of Tillsonburg. Cherished Aunt of Gregory D. Wrigglesworth (Katherine) of Windsor and Laura J. Smith (Jason) of Chatham. Extremely proud Great-Aunt to Grace, Aubrey and Sloane. Sister to Ken Nancekivel (Brenda) of Thamesford. Lifelong friend of Nancy Hill, and sister-by-heart to Barb Thornton. She also leaves behind many special Nieces, Nephews and "Grandchildren," with those she loved far too long to list, including friends who she cared for like family. Rosemary was a long-time member of Beta Sigma Phi, where she made so many cherished friends, who will miss her dearly. She was also a dedicated member of Old St Paul's Anglican Church in Woodstock, where she volunteered her time and was loved by many. Rosemary was kind, compassionate and caring. She had a huge heart and she wore it on her sleeve. She enjoyed a good book, made an excellent cup of tea, and loved her dog, Abbey, more than words. Friends may call the Brock & Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Monday, November 27, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Brock & Visser at 1 p.m. with Reverend Rob Luxton officiating. Contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners would be appreciated.
