Full Text: JANSSEN, Anna

Passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at the Woodstock Hospital. Born in Poland on September 20, 1927. Beloved wife of the late Pieter Janssen. Survived by her daughters Fran Kennedy of Kitchener, Sue White of Courtney, B.C and Anita Rushton of Truro, N.S. Grandmother to Erin Kennedy, Sean Kennedy, Colin White. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by her dear friend Janette Banks, her adopted daughter Vicki Travnicek and furbaby Mooshie. The family welcomed guests at the Smith-LeRoy Funeral Home, 69 Wellington St. N, Woodstock, on Monday, February 12, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. A funeral liturgy followed at 2 p.m. in the chapel. Interment took place in St. Mary's Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Anna are asked to consider the Salvation Army. Personal condolences may be sent at www.smithleroy.com
