Passed away peacefully at Alexander Marine and General Hospital, surrounded by his family, on Sunday, December 15th, 2024 at the age of 66. Beloved husband of Judith for over 43 years. Cherished dad of Sarah & Craig Neely of Bayfield. Proud papa of Alex Neely. Loved son of Marion Astle. David was predeceased by his father John Astle. David was known for his love of golf and curling, having had memberships with the Craigowan Golf Club and Woodstock Curling Club. His great venture was his time spent with the Mocha Shriners' Jeepsters unit. Cremation has taken place. A private funeral service will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, EXETER. A Public celebration of life will take place at a later date. Donations to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in The Children's Hospital at London Health Sciences Centre or to the the Shriners Hospital for Children - Canada in Montreal.
