HAYES, Jack Alan - On Saturday, October 21, 2006 in the comfort of his home at the age of 55, Jack peacefully passed away in his sleep. He was a loving father to his treasured daughter Shanah and fiancé Josh Knight. He had a special bond with his step-daughter Stacia Phibbs and her daughter Saydee Shae. Life time devoted friend to Shelby Rickwood. Dear brother of Gary, Laurie Smeaton (Fred) and Ron. Predeceased by his parents Bob and Bertha Hayes and sister Janice. A celebration of Jack’s life will be held at the Hayes’ home, 26 Adelaide Avenue, Brantford on Friday, October 27, 2006 from 4-7 p.m. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario may arranged through the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford
