Full Text: DOUGLAS- At Woodstock General Hospital on Thursday, January 18, 2007, Ross Alexander Douglas of Woodstock in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Barbara Douglas (nee Fry). Loved father of Rosslyn Peterson (Herb) of London, Kris (Edina) of Cambridge, Alex (Samantha) of Woodstock, and Darrin (Amanda) of Woodstock. Dear grandfather of Kirsta and Kara Peterson of London and Claudia Douglas of Woodstock. Also survived by his brother Clifford Douglas of Penetang. Predeceased by several brothers and sisters. Ross was a Veteran of WWII and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch#55 Woodstock. Friends are invited to join the family at the R.D. LONGWORTH FUNERAL HOME, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Saturday, January 20 at 3:00 p.m. where the funeral service will be held in the chapel with Rev. Chris Little officiating.
