BLANCHER - At Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll on Saturday, May 19th, 2007, Vernon (Worm) Blancher of Ingersoll in his 60th year. Beloved husband of Dianne (Knights) Blancher. Dear father of Ken and his wife Jen and Wayne and his wife Becky. Dear grandfather of Jessica, Alex, Deven, Brayden and two unborn babies. Dear son of Barb Blancher. Dear brother of Robert Blancher, Wesley Blancher, Velma Blancher, Doug Blancher, Rick and Susanne Blancher, Jim and Carien Blancher, Bev and Larry Harris, Ron and Linda Blancher, Bill and Sue Blancher and Sheryl and Dave Elliott. Dear brother-in-law of Mary Knights, Helen Petrie, Ed and Hazel Knights, Jeanette and Ed Sears, Betty and Robert Steele, Bill Curtis, Wayne and Joyce Knights, Sharon McEwen and Linda and Dave Sharpe. Also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and all his special friends. Predeceased by his parents Doug and Laura Blancher, two brothers Brad and Chris Blancher, one mother-in-law Edna Nunn, two fathers-in-law Ted Nunn and Bill Knights, one sister-in-law Kathy Blancher, three brothers-in-law William Knights, Don Petrie and Dave McEwen and one sister-in-law Donna Curtis. Friends were received at the McBEATH-DYNES FUNERAL HOME, 246 Thames St. S., Ingersoll Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where service will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. Joe Daniel officiating. Interment Ingersoll Rural Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
